Through PROSTARSAutoCare.com, you will receive a warranty from participating shops. In addition, you will be protected through the PROSTARSAutoCare.com program, which provides national warranty coverage if you are away from home, or if the shop that performed your work is not in a position to correct the warranty issue with your repair or replacement.

PROSTARSAutoCare provides the following Limited Warranty for the Services you receive from a Participating Provider that you select and schedule through this website: All auto glass replacement is warranted for one year against defects of workmanship, and all fixed glass installations are warranted for the life of the vehicle or as long as you own the vehicle, whichever is shorter, against water leakage, except that which occurs as a result of vehicle collision damage or body panel deterioration (rust). All parts will be warranted as per the manufacturer’s warranty and include a 30 day warranty on mechanical operation. Windshield repairs are warranted against spreading for the life of the vehicle or as long as you own the vehicle, whichever is shorter. This windshield warranty remedy is limited to a complete refund and taken as a credit toward purchase of a new windshield installed in the original vehicle. To exercise your rights under this warranty, contact the Participating Provider where the work was performed. If it is not convenient for you to return to that Participating Provider, please call PROSTARSAutoCare at 1-800-774-0422 for assistance. This Limited Warranty expires with a change of ownership of the identified vehicle.
